The guitarist Marisa Minder began her studies under the supervision of George Vassilev in Sion, Switzerland and further continued in the class of Zoran Dukic at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague (the Netherlands). She completed her education supervised by Pablo Marquez and Stephan Schmidt at the Basel Music Academy, Switzerland from which she earned her Soloist Diploma. 

Her world premiere recording of the Concertino per chitarra e piccola orchestra by Hans Haug (CD debut) attracted a lot of attention in 2020. Marisa Minder enthusiastically works on interpretation and expressiveness without having to rely on previous recordings and other sources. As a soloist, and as part of various chamber music groups, Marisa Minder has performed in numerous countries all over the world. Her 1st prize at the Dienemann-Stiftung competition, as a pro Argovia artist, as well as numerous further awards, can vouch for her artistic maturity. Marisa Minder releases her CDs at NAXOS Germany.
