Born on 5 June 1997 in Seoul, South Korea, Jehee Lee, started to play guitar at age 10.  After graduation from the Seoul Arts Highschool in 2013, he moved to Germany to begin his bachelor study with Prof. Marcin Dylla at the Musikhochschule Münster. In 2019 he received a wyróżnienie (Diplom with honours) at the Baltic Guitar Days International guitar competition Moniuszko 2019 in Szczecin, and was also one of the finalists at the International guitar competition in Brno.

In the same year, he performed the Concierto de Aranjuez by Joaquín Rodrigo accompanied by the Caelum Kammerensemble in Münster,  conducted by Marion Wood. In June 2023, he was invited to perform concerts at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice and at the Krzysztof Penderecki Academy of Music in Krakow, Poland. In November 2023, he won 2nd Prize and the audience Prize at the International Guitar Competition Miguel Llobet in Barcelona. At the moment, he is persuing his master at the Musikhochschule Münster, Germany.
